Dragon Urn Carving and Tattooed

This Dragon Urn is my second carving for being back in the ceramics studio and being MIA for about 1 1/2 years from pottery. I love using the tattoo machine on the clay! This one was cool because I actually got to carve the design out and do a relief carving with the tattoo machine. I used a fine needle point and dug the design out. This is the start of the piece, it still needs to dry and get fired and glazed/inked. I will also put my signature exotic wood lid on top of it with my clay rock that I carve.
