This is a vase I did for a friend of mine "Raileen" she wanted something that represented the earthly elements, I thought that was cool. I carved this tribal design about 2 months ago and fired the piece but it was just hanging around and I though wow she wanted an "elements" piece and this one seemed to fit for me. The tribal is kinda wispy like the wind but strong like fire... This piece was done using a tattoo machine and tattoo inks then covered with a gloss lacquer. The inside is clear glazed so you can put flowers in it.
