New Handmade Necklaces

New Handmade Necklaces...

Description:
These are handmade ceramic medallion necklaces.  I make each one out of raw clay and fire each piece in the kiln.  They are about 1'X1". Each piece is carved with a v-tool. I use enamels and all kinds of paints, glazes, glasses, etc...  Hemp cord is used for the necklace and is fully adjustable by moving the top bead up and down.

Necklaces that I make from clay.  I carve the rocks or hearts out of clay and then glaze them.  I also add different colors of glass bits to them that melt into the piece.  The cord is made of hemp and the beads are bought from all over in the many travels.. Each one is totally adjustable and can be fit to any length.  They are $10.00 and I will include shipping anywhere.

The Story...
I really enjoy giving these necklaces away. I found that these little handmade necklaces are even more powerful to people as far as connecting with them.  They appreciate it so much when I give them one.  If I am in a restaurant and I see a nice person that is wearing the same color as the necklace I am wearing or something I will give it to them.  It totally puts a smile on there face and I love it.  It brightens both of our days.  So if you REALLY want one and you can't afford the $10.00 I will give you one for free just fill out he form above and give me your address so I can mail one to you. All I ask is that you add me to your Facebook and Twitter pages and maybe give me a link or spread the good word about my little pottery business. I am making it a habit every morning to make these little things, it is replacing my morning coffee and cigarette on my beautiful balcony...

Oh, I originally got the idea for the necklace by picking up shells and rocks in this cool little beach in the Central Coast about 10 years go called "Montana De Oro".  The land of the bears.. It is such a nice little beach, the nicest one I have been to actually. They have these clay rocks that are totally unique. The beach also has some caves and a river running though it.  The drive to the beach is awesome, it is full of oak trees and so you see a forest of these trees on one side and the ocean off a cliff from the other side. People ride horses, it is just absolutely gorgeous!  Check it out if you are ever in the central coast of California...
